CanceLlation Policy
Q: What is your cancellation Policy?
- A: You may cancel your reservation with Premier VRBO Bookings only when more than 90 days of booking via E-mail, phone, or fax for a full refund (Less admin fee @ time of booking). Cancellations with less than 90 days prior to arrival, will result in a no refund of monies paid on account. All no-show reservations will receive no refund.

Standards Guest-Corona Virus -Covid 19 Standards
Guests, Osceola County guidelines and regulations: (County)
• Property owners and managers shall adopt the CDC related guidelines that are for public spaces, businesses, schools and homes. These re-open guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting expand upon what the State of Florida & DBPR already have in place for safety and sanitation for all lodging.• Property owners and managers shall provide COVID-19 guidance of local restrictions that are in place during the guest stay including closures, curfews, and other related local information. The County will post online where this updated local information can be accessible to lodging operators and guests.• All vacation rentals shall follow the SAFEHOME Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professional (VRHP) and Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) Cleaning Guidelines for COVID-19 which is both attached and can be found here: https://www.vrma.org/page/vrhp/vrma-cleaning-guidelines-for-covid-19.• Any person coming from a highly-infected area ( meaning areas deemed by FL governor) , as defined per the Governor’s guidelines, must reserve a minimum stay of 14 nights and follow CDC self-quarantine guidelines.• Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed maximum occupancy of booking. Executive order mandatory guidelines (State of Florida) (Executive order 20-123) Maintain adequate time between the conclusion of a guest stay and the check-in of the next guest stay for appropriate cleaning and sanitation. • Clean and disinfect all frequently-touched surfaces in the property between each guest stay. • Wash all linens, dishware, and other service items available for use by guests between each guest rental. • Provide sufficient soap and surface sanitation supplies for guests to utilize in the vacation rental property during the guest’s rental period. (Based on availability levels)
Executive order mandatory guidelines (State of Florida) (Executive order 20-123)
• Ensure adequate safety protocols are in place and publicly displayed, in line with CDC guidance, regarding shared or multi-residence amenities such as pools, gyms, and other communal spaces. Use mobile platforms for customer service and communication with guests, including the acceptance of payments by mobile or electronic methods. • Minimize direct guest contact with property owners or managers through remote check-in and check-out procedures. • Post signage or other notices regarding the cleaning practices that are completed prior to each guest stay. • Display signage or notices to guests in the rental property to frequently remind guests to take steps to prevent the spread of COVID-19, including the wiping and sanitation of touched surfaces.
Safe Stay Protocols in Place
Guest Rooms Cleaning and disinfecting protocols will require that particular attention is paid to high-touch, hard non- porous items including television remote controls, toilet seats and handles, door and furniture handles, water faucet handles, nightstands, telephones, in-room control panels, light switches, temperature control panels, alarm clocks, luggage racks and flooring. The frequency of room cleaning during a guest’s stay may be altered based on guest requirements. Laundry Linens, towels and laundry shall be washed in accordance with CDC guidelines, including washing items as appropriate in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Where possible, launder items using the warmest permissible water setting for the items and dry items completely. Dirty linen shall be bagged in the guest room to eliminate excess contact while being transported to the laundry facility.
GUESTS RESPONSIBLITIES
Check out:
1. Do NOT leave any food, including Condiments in the home.
2. Please leave all Linen on beds for bagging Do not remove.
3. Report all damage prior 24hrs to check out, Otherwise can be accessed at cleaning.
4. Please do not leave any medication/Hand Guns.
5. Once the home has been secured And locked you will be not be permitted to re-enter. After cleaning staff has entered. Door Codes are time sensitive.
6. All guests when entering into the home

In the event of a presumptive case of COVID-19 the affected guest room shall be removed from service and quarantined. The guest (will be asked to leave if in the room, and or room shall not be returned to service until undergoing an enhanced cleaning and disinfecting utilizing EPA approved products within CDC guidelines).If guest is limited to quarantine within the home ( the fees for each day of quarantine will be due and payable immediately)
